Mailing Service

Does your group ever send out a newsletter or other documents to a mailing list? Just bring us your mailing list and we will stuff the envelopes, put on the postage and send out for you. Postage Discount - We use a franking machine which means that every item posted is actually cheaper than the cost of the stamp. Saving you money! We can supply your labels and envelopes, if required, at cost from our low cost supplier, or you can provide your own. We can provide this additional service with the help of our volunteers, therefore it is free but offered on a first come first served basis, so "booking" for a specific week in advance is needed.

Equipment Hire

We have the following equipment which is available for hire by Voluntary & Community Groups. (All equipment hire is subject to avaliability)

Maximum hire duration 3 days

Pick up / drop off from Chippenham office required by hirer

Any equipment lost or damaged will incur a replacement fee depending on item
