SW MENTORING SCHEME
The 2011/12 South West Mentoring Scheme has now been launched and the Brochure including the Expression of Interest form can be downloaded from:
www.institute-of-fundraising.org.uk/groupsandnetworking/institutegr...
This is a fantastic opportunity for individual IOF members in the region to be involved as volunteer Mentors or Mentees with training, support and a rigorous matching process. The pilot scheme demonstrated how valuable mentoring support can be for fundraisers’ personal and professional development, both for the Mentees and Mentors. There will be a session at the Spring Conference on 19 May about the pilot scheme with case studies of some of the mentoring relationships.
