Donated / Wanted Items

This is the place where if you have any items you / your group no longer needs you can offer it for free to another voluntary organisation.

How it Works

It could be anything for example computer equipment, furniture, paint, anything else that voluntary groups may need for a fundraise or party etc. Here at Develop & Grow we often get requests to advertise free stuff to the voluntary & community sector, people like their old items to go to a good home. We also have groups contacting us looking for items.

Here you can join the group and start a discussion (in the title use the format "DONATE: Your item" or "WANTED: Your request"). Other people will be able to join the group and contact you directly to enquire. Please don't forget to let us know when your item is taken, so you don't keep getting enquiries, you can do this by simply replying to your discussion.

ALL ITEMS DONATED MUST GO TO A VOLUNTARY OR COMMUNITY GROUP. This service is not for indivdual gain. If you don't think your item is suitable for a group you could try posting it on FREEGLE instead, which is a similar service for the general public.

Disclaimer

This site puts people who have unwanted items in touch with people who want those items. DEVELOP & GROW never sees or checks items and they may not be in working order.  Posting an advert or responding to an advert does not guarantee you will be able to get rid of unwanted items or get the items you want. Any agreement you reach about any items will be between the persons requesting or advertising items and you. It is your responsibility to ensure you are not breaking any laws in offering or getting goods through DEVELOP & GROW.

Electronic items

I have old printers (retired while working) old sound equipment, old tvs, and old pc or 2 and I wonder what to do with them. If they're not good enough for me why should they be good enough for anyone else?
