Apprenticeships are about producing the next generation of skilled staff to ensure your organisation is ready to meet the demands of the future.

You can offer an apprenticeship to a new member of staff who you recruit or offer current employees the opportunity to develop their careers.  Apprenticeships are available  in a wide range of areas including core business skills at level 2 and 3 for business administration, customer services, IT users  plus the new  third sector apprenticeships in volunteer management, fundraising and campaigning.  The Third Sector Apprenticeships framework at Level 3 is now available.
